Victoria is one cute little girl.
She seems to be having a great time during the shoots, and has a good interaction with her photographer. This certainly shows in her pictures. The Photography is excellent, all the shoots being in the studio, and there is a good variety of costumes (mostly swimsuits and shorts) and many colourful props such as a diving mask, beach ball, balloons and a paddling pool. As of April 1st 2005 there are 39 Galleries in the member area, More are added every week. There are an average of 116 pictures in each gallery, totalling over 4,500 pictures on-line. The layout and design of the site is excellent, reflecting Victoria's bubbly personality. The Member galleries have 12 thumbnails on each page, which means fast loading and easy navigation, and the pictures are named using the gallery number, so all of your favourite pictures can be saved in the same folder without re-naming. I am sure that Victoria is going to have a huge following, and look forward to watching her career develop. |

Addition Review submitted by elpelon55: Newstar Victoria is a site that, in my opinion, outshines most other model sites. The photography is certainly technically superior to almost any other site I've seen. The lighting, the posing,the costumes and the composition all enhance a girl who is certainly one of the cutest and most charming models on the web. The galleries are all large, each containing a hundred or more photos, generally. And the photos are all hi-res at 1024 X 1536 (or 1536 X 1024). Some photos are framed as full body shots, but are extreme close-ups. The result is a photo that seems almost life-size. That's something that I really enjoyed in the galleries and that I don't think I've ever seen done, before. And Victoria herself couldn't be cuter. This is one of the few sites I've ever seen that employs humor in it's photographs. Just visit her site and look at the preview shot of gallery #57 and you'll see what I mean. And the humor works because it's so genuine. In fact, Victoria is relaxed and natural in her posing in all her galleries and she's really mastered projecting different emotions. She can be sultry in one shot and a clown in the next. It's really amazing to see that kind of talent in an 11 year old. Her photos project personality and character like few that I've seen. I think you'll find yourself thoroughly enjoying them. The layout of the site is pretty standard. Each gallery is composed of several pages of thumbnails which you click to download. It's set up so once you click one thumbnail, you can scroll right to the next full size pic. Below each full size pic are three preview shots, the previous, current, and next shot. I've always found the site to work well and the downloads to be fast, for the size of the photographs. And updates have always been delivered on time. Right now, they have 61 galleries on line, starting with #1. I love a site that doesn't archive. It costs $29.99 to sign up and I think it's well worth the money. When I joined, they were using Streamline billing, so I can't comment on that aspect of the site (they're using Yaskifo,now.) So, if you want a site with a cute-as-can-be model whose obviously having a ball modeling for high quality, hi-res photos, I think Newstar Victoria is what you're looking for. |
